Visualizing Palestine: Environmental Justice Series

Lead design and development by me along with the amazing Visualizing Palestine team. 

Systems of colonialism & militarism destroy both human rights + the environment.

We created these visuals to introduce key concepts from the environmental justice movement, including climate vulnerability, green colonialism, environmental racism, and extractive colonialism. Each concept is grounded in a case study from Palestine, but can also be applied to other communities who disproportionately bear the burden of climate change and environmental destruction.
